Part-time Restaurant Crew Benefits

CHARLES & TERRY has established a Contribution Profit Sharing Plan for the benefit of our part-time Crews who meet the eligibility requirements for participation in the plan.  Eligible Crews receive company contributions made into the plan based on a percentage of their annual earnings.

 

Other benefits include

  • Free meal on work days
  • A 50% discount at our restaurant
  • Company sponsored events (picnic, Christmas party, team sporting events, etc.)

Holiday Schedule

Our restaurants are closed the following 3 holidays:

  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas
  • New Year

Regular part-time crews will be entitled to holiday pay for the fixed holidays based on their average hours worked over the 12 months preceding the holiday.

Vacation Benefits

Vacation is earned on an accrual basis and can be taken after 90 calendar days of employment.  Part-time Crews accrue vacation at a rate of 1 week per year based on the number of hours worked.

 

 

 

 

Full-time Restaurant Crew Benefits

We offer our full-time Crews and their eligible dependents a package of medical, dental, and vision benefits.  Crews have the option of purchasing additional life insurance and upgrading their dental insurance plan.
